Shopside Seller Terms and Conditions
Introduction: This agreement (“Agreement”) sets forth the terms and conditions under which you, the seller, may offer products for sale on the Shopside platform (“Shopside” or the “Platform”). By registering as a seller on Shopside and offering products for sale, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
Product Listing and Availability: You are responsible for accurately listing your products for sale on Shopside, including but not limited to, providing detailed product descriptions, high-quality images, and up-to-date pricing information. You must also ensure that the products you list are available for sale and can be delivered to customers within the time frame specified in your product listing.
Order Processing: You are responsible for processing and fulfilling customer orders in a timely and professional manner. You must ship the ordered products to the customer within the time frame specified in your product listing and provide tracking information to the customer.
Payment Processing: Shopside processes all payments for orders placed on the Platform. You will receive payment for your sales directly to your linked bank account.
Customer Service and Support: You are responsible for providing customer service and support for the products you sell on Shopside. This includes but is not limited to, responding to customer inquiries, resolving any issues, and processing returns and exchanges.
Product Quality and Compliance: You are solely responsible for ensuring that the products you sell on Shopside are of high quality and comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including but not limited to, product safety, labeling, and product authenticity.
Intellectual Property: You represent and warrant that you have the right to sell the products you list on Shopside and that the products do not infringe on any third-party intellectual property rights.
Indemnification: You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Shopside, its affiliates, and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and suppliers from and against any and all claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising from or related to your use of the Platform or the sale of your products.
Termination: Shopside reserves the right to terminate this Agreement and your use of the Platform at any time, with or without cause, upon written notice to you.
Governing Law: This Agreement and your use of the Platform shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Shopside is headquartered.
Changes to the Agreement: Shopside reserves the right to modify this Agreement at any time and will provide notice of such changes through the Platform or by other means. Your continued use of the Platform following any changes to this Agreement constitutes your acceptance of such changes.
Entire Agreement: This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and Shopside with respect to the use of the Platform and supersedes all prior agreements and understandings, whether written or oral, between the parties.
