Refunds must be processed through the Shopside platform, and the seller is responsible for any return shipping costs.

Return Policy: If a customer returns a product due to a defect or quality issue, the seller must provide a full refund or exchange, as requested by the customer, within 14 days of delivery. The seller is also responsible for any return shipping costs.

Communication: The seller must communicate promptly and professionally with customers regarding any exchange, refund, or return requests.

Responsiveness: The seller must respond to any customer requests for exchange, refund, or return within 3 business days.

By using the Shopside platform, you agree to abide by this Exchange, Refund, and Return Policy and to provide prompt and fair resolution for any customer requests. We reserve the right to remove any listings and terminate the accounts of sellers who violate this policy.
